Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Dispaatch Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Protocol Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Kinetic Protocol and Dispaatch ecosystem. The Platform is intended solely for facilitating communication regarding high-end boutique retail and inventory management.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors utilizing the Vendor Terminal must ensure that all inventory data is accurate and updated in real-time. Failure to honor verified inquiries or misrepresenting stock levels constitutes a breach of the Kinetic Agreement and may result in immediate suspension.

3. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information when initiating inquiries. The Platform must not be used for fraudulent activities, spamming vendors, or any action that disrupts the zero-latency communication infrastructure we maintain.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dispaatch acts exclusively as a connectivity layer. We are not a party to the transactions between shoppers and vendors. We disclaim all liability arising from the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised or the ability of either party to complete a transaction.
